Worldwide! Due to sensitivity issues in some countries, we pack in nondescript unmarked tubes and boxes. Your orders will ship via reputable couriers only.

How fast are orders fulfilled?

Poster prints ship out quickly - often within two business days after the order is placed. Limited edition prints are overseen by Brett and take longer. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information via email once the print leaves our studio. Please note that if Brett is traveling on an assignment at the time of your order, you order will be fulfilled upon his return. We will do our best to notify you if there will be a delay in shipping due to his absence.

Poster Prints: What is your printing process?

We strive for excellent quality in all prints, including the more affordable poster prints. The fulfillment process for poster prints has been inspected by Brett to ensure quality and color matching. They are printed on a beautiful Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper.

Limited Edition Prints: What is your printing process?

Limited edition prints are personally overseen and signed by Brett himself. Both the signature and edition number is written in indelible ink. We carefully catalogue each sale, and after an edition runs out, we do not print any more, which preserves the value. We use museum quality archival paper and ink, and pack them for shipping with the highest care. We are a very small operation in which you can expect the highest quality print possible.

Can Brett sign a poster print?

Unfortunately, no. While the printing process for posters has been inspected by Brett to ensure quality and color matching, these items are fulfilled and can not be individually signed. Only edition prints are individually signed by Brett.

Can I request a print not shown in the shop?

Yes. If your favorite photograph isn’t shown in the shop, please click on the Print Request button at the top of this page. We will contact you personally to discuss your print request.

Tell me more about the Cuban Cigar Boxes.

These boxes each contain 25 prints overseen by Brett. Each print has a caption on the back that tells the story of the finest tobacco growers in Cuba - the Habano Men - on these premium farms. The Limited Edition boxes are custom engraved, signed by Brett himself, and include autographed copies of the four Habano Men from this region, known as Vuelta Abajo. Something happened to my Box or Print.

If your box or print was damaged in transit, please contact us with photos showing the damage within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise all sales are considered final. After we assess the damage, you will be asked to send the box or print back so we can send you out another box or print in its place. Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. If your shipment does not make its way to you within 4 weeks of shipment notification, please contact us so we can help get it to you.
